TRUFFLES: All truffles are approx. 3/4inch balls.  Individually wrapped truffles in a tulle circle, ribbon(your choice of colour). Price $1.25 each.  Or packaged individually in clear, white or colored boxes with ribbon.  Price $2.25 each.

All truffles can be made with either dark, milk or white chocolate.  Generally dark chocolat is used.

PETIT FOURS:  Bite size cakes covered with rolled fondant, icing glaze or chocolate, with a hand made flower of your choice on top.  Individaully packaged in white boxes with ribbon(your choice of colour).  Price:  $50 per dozen if individually packaged otherwise $30 per dozen

• Truffle Indulgence: Bittersweet truffle cream filled chocolate cake dipped in bittersweet chocolate.
• Strawberry Sensation: Strawberry buttercream & strawberry puree filled almond cake dipped in pink chocolate.
• Lemon Delight: Lemon buttercream filled white cake dipped in yellow chocolate.
• Chocolate Explosion: Bittersweet truffle cream & chocolate buttercream filled chocolate cake dipped in milk chocolate.

MINI CAKES:  Individual servings of cake packaged in clear boxes with ribbon(color of your choice.  Can be used as dessert or a favor.  Please email for examples.  Price:  $5.25+up.  $4.25+up for cakes with no packaging. 

MOLDED CHOCOLATES:   Packaged in white boxes with ribbon(your choice of colour)  Choose from many designs.  2 molded chocolates per box.  Price: $1.50.

CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOPS:  Choose from a wide variety to co-ordinate with your occasion.  Wrapped in co-ordinating bags and ribbon.  Price: $.95 + up.  Please email us for a specfic design.

DECORATED SUGAR CUBES:  Hand decorated sugar cubes add that sweet touch to your table when serving tea or coffee.  These great little extras are just the final touch that make your guest feel that you have not overlooked even the tinest detail.  Choose from many designs.  Price: $30 for one full box (144 cubes).
